Skinni curries - Dietary Sources of Protein

Whether we are watching our weight to fit into that teeny bikini, building muscle through dietary sources of protein, or just trying to be a little more health conscious, one thing is for sure; curry is off the menu. Which is enough to derail the best of us curry loving Brits. But wait. Did someone say Skinni curry? Skinni and curry in the same sentence. Hell yeah.

Our range of Skinni curries delivers on all those reasons that we would happily sell our granny when it comes to the spicy stuff. That creamy caress of a mild yet no less magnificent chicken korma? We’ve got you covered. The familiar silky joy that is chicken tikka masala? Yep, that too. But jalfrezi, no way you can give me that spicy, tangy loveliness? Well yes, we can.

It all starts with our fantastic packaging. This is no pre-packaged ready meal, this is real fresh food made easy. Dietary sources of protein -, low fat, fresh as you like, lovely. On one side, premium chicken breast, diced for your convenience. On the other side, award-winning low-fat curry sauce. There is even a whole chilli that you can add or remove to control the heat level to your own personal perfection. All you have to do is put sauce and chicken together in a pan. Simmer gently for 10 minutes and let the magic happen.

Our Skinni Chicken Korma is lightly fragrant, with a yoghurt based low fat sauce that is every bit as good as a high fat cream and almond version. Possibly better. Great dietary sources of protein, with all its slimming friendly credentials intact.

The Skinni Chicken Tikka Masala is as it should be. Slightly pungent, a little fiery, yet bathed in a creamy texture that makes everything feel better. Chunky chicken in a familiar red sauce, with none of the guilt on the lips or time on the hips. As a slimming meal, it is certainly a heavyweight contender. Simmered with premium chicken breast it becomes one of the best high protein low fat slimming meals you could possibly enjoy. Like it hot? Add the whole chilli and light the blue touch paper.

And our wild card. Skinni Chicken Jalfrezi. The fresh bite of green pepper and the moreish tang of tamarind combine in a low-fat sauce to rival the best of the high fat varieties out there. Simmered with premium chicken breast it becomes one of the best high protein low fat slimming meals you could possibly enjoy. Like it hot? Add the whole chilli and light the blue touch paper.

So that’s your Skinni curry. But we don’t stop at the checkout. We really want you to enjoy your food so we have a constantly updated bank of Skinni recipes so that you can make those high protein meals go further. Yep, even for our Skinni curries. Because we know that you want to take care of your body, making it unlikely that a pile of rice and a Peshwari naan will make its way to your plate. Although, by all means…

We have plenty of low carb ideas for turning our Skinni range into a complete meal. Low fat, high protein, with lots of vegetable oomph. Or for those of you that just want better carb options, then we can do that too.

Try serving Skinni tikka masala with our sweet potato bhajis. Nothing short of miraculous, these babies mean you can have your onion bhaji and eat it. Sort of. So simple to make anyway. Add extra goodness to our Skinni jalfrezi with plenty of peppers and an additional load of protein with nutty chickpeas. You won’t need anything other than a fork. Spinach and peas will take your Skinni korma to the next nutritional level, whilst keeping the creamy caress intact. If you want to add carbs then go for brown basmati rice with loads of fresh herbs chopped through. Fresh and lovely. A bit like someone else we know.

But you don’t have to take our word for it. Our consistently good customer feedback says it all. Words like yummy and fab figure quite highly, whilst the adaptable chilli is a bonafide hit. Even the packaging is applauded.

But the many benefits of incorporating Skinni curry into your healthy lifestyle do not stop there. Spices and aromatics are well known for their therapeutic benefits

Still here? Then what are you waiting for? Time to get spicy, Skinni style.
